I have a research paper I have to write, I myself wouldn't design a web page for the company I work for so I need to know how I could use this particular computer skill in my field of study.
How would I use Web design in my role in human resourses for a company?
Many companies have HR web sites designed specifically for their employees to get more information about their benefits, vacation information, job postings etc.
So as an HR person you could help put HR related information on a website as part of your role.
Reply:You could put all the things that would go in an employee handbook on a series of web pages.
Things like insurance benifits, holiday schedule, vacation policy, attendance rules, etc.
