I want to get into web design...I'm a fantastic artist and I'm great in the technical field as well. I can't afford to go back to school right now, but is there anything else I could do to break out into the industry? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Goto www.elance.com, there are all kinds of freelance projects up for bid, try a small project, see how it goes. If you start doing work people like, via a site like that, you'll start getting more business.
Reply:There are plenty of courses online. You can try them. Some of them are really very good. If you can dedicate yourself for one hour, you can learn in 1-2 months.
